The residential community of 108 Mile Ranch (“The 108”) is located 11 km north of 100 Mile House on Highway 97, and is the largest community between Williams Lake and Kamloops. The 108 is a suburban community growing due to in-migration and good year-round recreational facilities that attract vacationers purchasing recreational properties. There is also an elementary school making this a great community to raise a family. The community has a golf course, gas station, supermarket, and several other small businesses. It also has an airport capable of handling corporate jets, medical evacuation jets, and multi-engine aircraft.
